Thank you for choosing Olha’s Therapy for your wellness and healing needs. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please review the following important information regarding health conditions, booking and cancellation policies, timing, and clinic etiquette.

  1. Health Conditions

For your safety, we strongly recommend consulting your GP to determine whether massage treatment is appropriate, especially if you have underlying health issues. We regretfully cannot provide services to clients under the influence of alcohol, addictive substances, or those with contagious infections or conditions contraindicated for massage treatment. Kindly inform us in advance of any specific needs or health conditions that may affect your treatment.

  1. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking confirmation requires a 20% deposit of the full treatment price. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment, and your deposit will be transferred. Any notice received outside of this time frame will result in the deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable.

  1. Timings

We kindly request clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. Arriving earlier may find our therapists engaged with prior clients. While we strive to uphold the promised treatment duration, late arrivals may impact the session length.

  1. Clinic Etiquette

Respect for your modesty is paramount throughout the treatment. Please ensure you are wearing appropriate clothing or underwear.
