Your first appointment begins with a detailed assessment of your needs and problem areas. As your soft tissue therapist, I take the time to understand your unique situation and goals. On the initial appointment, the assessment is about 15 minutes.
Step 2: Customised Treatment Plan
Based on our initial assessment, I design a bespoke massage treatment plan that aligns with your wellness objectives. This process applies to general well-being and specialised treatments like sports massage or pain care treatments.
Step 3: Follow-up Care
Massage therapy isn't a quick fix. It requires time and active participation. Whether it's a sports or remedial massage, I provide ongoing support and advice to ensure you get the most from your treatments. You will get your follow-up exercises plan emailed to you.

The initial appointment costs £60 for 1 hour 15 minutes, with subsequent appointments priced at £50 for 1 hour.

Sports Massage
Ideal for those leading an active lifestyle, sports massages have been designed considering the unique challenges your body faces.
The therapy incorporates advanced soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, and muscle stretches.
Initial appointment 1h15 min/ 15 min consultation, 1h treatment/£60.
Post injury rehabilitation process need more then one session.
Subsequent appointment £50 for 1h. Or package of 3 appointments;
£140.

De-Stressed Massage
A De-Stressed Massage is a perfect choice for anyone seeking stress relief.

Prices start from £50 for a 45-minute session and go up to £75 for a 1-hour 30-minute session

Sessions are priced at £60 for 60 minutes and £50 for 45 minutes.
Pregnancy (Mum-to-Be) Massage

Each session is priced at £60 for an hour.
Facial with Deep Face-Lifting Massage
